When does my payment post?

ACH payments from your bank post the same business day. Debit and credit card payments are instant.

Are there fees?

ACH payments are free. Debit and credit card payments include a small processing fee shown before you confirm payment.

Can I pay partial rent?

Partial payments are accepted but may still trigger late fees if the full amount isn't paid by the due date. If you're short this month, please call us first — we'll set up a plan that protects your account.

What if I'm locked out of my account?

Use the password reset link or call us at (314) 546-8947during business hours and we'll get you back in.

How do I set up autopay?

Sign in to the AppFolio portal, go to Payments → Auto-Pay, and add your bank account. Takes about 90 seconds.
